Exciting News: Read Esther’s New Article on Work-Life Integration in HR Leader!
We are excited to announce that HR Leader’s Spring 2016 issue featured Esther’s article “A Story for You AND Your Children: How Telling a Value Story Can Alleviate Unnecessary Stress.”
The Human Resources Management Association of Chicago wanted to focus on workforce wellbeing for the spring issue of their quarterly magazine and invited their members to submit articles to be reviewed by a committee of their peers. Esther’s article explores a subset of workforce wellbeing: work-life integration. She asks how parents can communicate the value of the work they do away from home in ways even young children will understand. Find her answer here.
